Privacy Policy
1. Service and data controller
Grab Threads is a campaign share-verification service operated by Tednology Studio. For questions or data-rights requests, email tednologystudio@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Threads usernames submitted by participants, one-time verification codes, claim status, reward codes and related timestamps;
- Public post data returned by the official Meta Threads API for a campaign keyword or topic tag, including post ID, author username, text, permalink and publication time;
- The authorised Threads account's user ID, username and authorisation time. Access tokens are kept only as encrypted Cloudflare secrets and are not written to the database, source code or public logs;
- Necessary security and operational records, such as search time and success or error status. We do not build advertising or cross-service tracking profiles.
3. Photo processing
A selected photo is used only inside the participant's browser to create a campaign share card. The participant may then download it or pass it to the device's native share feature. Grab Threads does not receive, upload or store the source photo or generated image.
4. Purposes
We use data only to display the authorised account, find relevant public campaign posts, match the author and one-time code, issue rewards, prevent duplicate or impersonated claims, answer requests, and maintain service security and reliability.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed using the Meta Threads API and Cloudflare Workers/D1. It is disclosed to service providers or authorities only where necessary to provide the service, comply with law or protect system security.
6. Retention and security
Public post, author and claim records are retained for up to 90 days; operational logs for up to 30 days; and deletion-confirmation records for up to 90 days. Scheduled jobs remove expired records. Security measures include HTTPS, separated access, D1 storage, encrypted secrets, hashed claim tokens and administrator authentication.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may revoke Grab Threads in Threads under Settings → Account → Website permissions, or submit a request using our Data Deletion page. A confirmation code and status page are provided when a deletion request is processed.
8. Children and policy updates
This service is not directed to anyone below the applicable minimum legal age. We will update the date above when this policy changes materially; please review it again before continuing to use the service.
